Team Leader Email Notification

Automatic emails generated by Team Leaders to notify users when various activity events occur.

Configure Team

Once you have signed into desktop as a Team Leader, select the'Cogs Wheel' icon, which will take you to 'Configure Team' window.

Email Distribution Options

Select 'Email Options' tab on the left, which will provide 'Email Distribution Options' window on the right.

There are 3 activity events that can trigger an automatic email:

  1. Raising a new adhoc activity
  2. Flagged Activity
  3. Completed Activity
It's a simple process of selecting when an activity event occurs and deciding who you want to receive e-mail notification. Currently 3 options available are:
  1. Never
  2. Optional
  3. Always
